A. Withdrawal Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FSFM GmbH, Fischerinsel, 6, 10179 Berlin, Germany, Phone: +49 30 8092 0877, E-Mail: info@fsfmgmbh.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Extinguishment of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent upon commencement of contract performance you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium which contains the contents of the contract including the aforementioned conditions for the premature extinguishment of the right of withdrawal.
