Before you claim
My snapshot exists before I signed up — why?
Snapshots are built from public evidence — registries, sanctions databases, patents, your own website. They exist for any factory the public record can describe. Claiming yours lets you respond to that evidence, supplement what's yours, and receive buyer intent directly.
Why does my certificate show "registry record differs"?
It means the issuer's public registry and the certificate posted on your snapshot don't line up — often a renewal that changed the number, a registration number that differs from the printed one, or registry details not yet synced. It's shown to buyers neutrally, not as a judgment. Claim your snapshot, point us to the current record, and we'll re-verify it.
Does claiming cost anything?
Claiming your snapshot is free. For one month after you claim, adding your own supporting material — certificates and documents — is free too. After that month, supplementing new material becomes a paid step.
Can I request removal?
Yes. Claimed suppliers can request removal. The public snapshot then enters a "removed at the supplier's request" state — not the prior content — and you can return and claim again any time.
Is this a compliance report?
No. It's a Supplier Snapshot for buyer judgment. It does not replace legal, customs, tax, or compliance advice.
